!!PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT POLICIES BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR BOOKING!! 

Your Booking Confirmation Confirms You have Read and Agreed to the following Policies Below:

At the time of booking, a valid card is required to reserve your experience with us. This is to provide you with the option of contactless pay, as well as NO SHOW protection for the salon. 50-100% of the service will be charged to your card with an option to tip.

With our private experience, to best serve you, we are strictly appointment only, and allow a minimum of 1 guest/child to accompany you at the time of your appointment. We are located at a private location & will message details within your appointment confirmation email.


Late Policy/No Call- No Show/Cancellations

Your experience with us is priority with your desired date and time reserved just for you. We understand unpredictable circumstances, however: arriving late to your experience, affects the experience of the client scheduled after you, and that will not be tolerated. If you are unfamiliar with the location, we suggest completing a dry run to familiarize yourself with our location. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged a no-show fee. 

Respectfully, Cancelling and not showing up for your appointment is a missed opportunity with you, as well as the ability for the service provider to fill that spot at the last minute. In order for you to be serviced at the beauty bar we ask that you please be respectful of our time. If you book an appointment with us, please note that you only get 24hours to cancel. Same day cancellations will result in 100% of the service booked lost! There are absolutely NO REFUNDS! NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICES AND WILL BE NON TRANSFERRABLE TO ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE TREATED AS NO SHOWS, AND THE SAME APPLIES!


Contradictions:

CONTRAINDICATIONS -
⚡️Must be 18 years of age and can provide a valid driver's license or ID card.
⚡️Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding.
⚡️If you have keloids, or are prone to keloid scarring.
⚡️If you are on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year.
⚡️If you have any skin conditions such as Rosacea, Psoriasis, Eczema, or Seborrheic Dermatitis on or around the treated area or excessive sweating, it may affect the your healing process.
⚡️Must wait for a minimum of 2 weeks after Botox injections around the treated site.
⚡️If you are heavily on medications, specifically any blood thinning medications
⚡️If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatment. You must be off of Chemo/Radiation for 6 months prior.
⚡️If you have cardiac valve disease or suffer from any heart conditions.
⚡️If you have epilepsy, diabetes, allergic reaction to latex or antibiotics, hemophilia, or other bleeding disorders.
⚡️If you are diabetic, please consult your doctor. If you are diabetic you need to email a doctor's note to (PLEASE ADD YOUR EMAIL for support)

POLICIES
Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.
We do require a deposit of ($50 for PMU services & 50% of any other services booked) in order to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
A minimum of 72-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 48-hour period we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctor's note so that we can transfer your deposit.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date however, it will be the first available appointment which could be weeks/months out.
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment.

A minimum of 2 appointments are recommended to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.
